目的: 测定北五味子及其不同炮制品中五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法, Spherisorb 10
ODS1( 4. 6mm ?? 250mm, 10??m) , 以甲醇- 水( 70: 30) 为流动相, 检测波长为254nm。线性范围0. 1~ 0. 5??g, 相关系数为0. 995. 平均
回收率为100. 3%和100. 4%, RSD= 0. 87%和2. 85%( n= 5) 。结果: 五味子甲素和乙素在生品、醋炙、炒制、酒炙、蒸炙、蜜炙品中
的平均含量分别为0. 13%, 0. 064%, 0. 052%, 0. 064%, 0. 11%, 0. 13%和0. 21%, 0. 298%, 0. 238%, 0. 302%, 0. 216%, 0. 214%。结
论: 方法准确, 快速, 重现性好, 可用于五味子各种炮制品的质量评价。 |

Objective: To compare the content of deoxyschizandrin and??- schizandrin in the raw medical material and the different
processd products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis( FSC) . Methods: The content of deoxyschizandrin and??- schizandrinwere was determined
by HPLC( = high performance liquid chromatography ) , with Spherisorb 10 ODS1( 4. 6mm ?? 250mm, 10??m) , the mobile phase of a mixture of
methanol- water( 70: 30) , and detecting wave length of 254nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 11~ 0. 55??g , with correlation
coefficient 0. 995. The average recovery of FSC was 100. 3% and 100. 4% , with RSD= 0. 87% and 2. 85%. Results: The mean content of
deoxyschizandrin was 0. 13%, 0. 064%, 0. 052%, 0. 064%, 0. 11%, 0. 13% and??- schizandrin, 0. 21%, 0. 298%, 0. 238% , 0. 302%,
0. 216%, 0. 214%, in the different processed products of FSC. Conclusion: The method is accurate, quick and good reappearance, which
can be used for the quality evaluation in the different processed products of FSC. |
