      阿维拉霉素产生菌SV 微波诱变效应的研究发现:菌株SV 对微波敏感(微波处理60s , SV 菌株存活率低于10 %), 菌落 形态变化大。微波诱变处理最佳作用方式为培养皿不加盖、快速冰上冷却, 最佳处理时间为50s(其正突变率25.3%)。通过微波 诱变处理、阿维拉霉素推理筛选, 最终获得一株稳定性良好, 阿维拉霉素产量达到21 .5mg/ L, 较出发菌株提高119.4 %的突变株 SV-15。
英文摘要:
      To investigate Mutagenic effects of Avilamycin-producing Strain induced by microwave irradiation .The experimental results indicated that the capacity of SV strain to microwave irradiation was sensitive (its survival rate was under 10% for 60s radiation).Not sealing the culture dish and fast cooling it was the optimal irradiation mode of microwave , and 50 seconds was the optimal irradiation time of microwave (positive mutation rate , 25.3%).To obtain high -yield avilamycin -producing strain, 50s microwave irradiation and screening of avilamycinrational mutant is used for the study on screening mutation .SV-15 mutants were obtained , and the mutant could produce 21.5mg/ L avilamy cin , which was 2.194 times as much as the potency of original strain by flake fermentation.
