      目的:通过营养干预的手段观察其对糖耐量减低(IGT)人群糖脂代谢及胰岛素水平的影响。方法:通过流调, 以服糖 耐量试验(OGTT)筛查IGT 患者, 随机分为对照组和干预组, 干预组通过营养师进行善食调查, 营养教育, 饮食评价指导总计1.5 年, 对照组不进行任何指导教育。两组于试验前后检查空腹血糖(FPG), 餐后2 小时血糖(2hpG), 胰岛素(Ins)水平及胰岛素抵抗 指数(HOMA-IR)等。结果:饮食干预组体质指数(BMI), FPG、Ins 及HomA -IR 等较对照组明显下降(P<0 .01)仅2 人转为糖尿病 (DM), 对照组试验前后各项指标无显著变化, 有6 人转为DM , 两组经t 检验, DM 的患病率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养 干预对改善IGT 患者的糖脂代谢, 胰岛素抵抗有重要作用

      Objective :To investigate the effects of nutritional intervention(NI)on the glucolipid metabolism and insuline level in patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods :142 patients with IGT were screened out of high risk group by epidemiological investigation and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)means, and randomized into control group(n =64)and NI group(n =78).The NI group was instructed and educated correctly by nutritionist in the diet for 1 .5 years, while the control group without any instruction and education.Before and after the nutrition treatment, FPG(fasting plasma glucose), 2hpg(2-hour plasma glucose), Ins(Insuline)and IRI(insuline resistance index)in the two groups were examined.Results:The bmi(body mass index), FPG, Ins and IRI in NI group were obviously lower than those in the control group(p <0 .01), only 2 cases became Diabetes Mellitus(DM);while there was no significant difference in the control group but 6 cases with DM .There was statistical significance in sickness rates of DM in the two groups by t test(p <0 .05).Conclusion:NI plays an important role in improving the glucolipid metabolism and insuline resistance of the patients with IGT.
