| 目的：探讨补阳还五汤联合针灸对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）患者血糖代谢、神经传导速度和血液流变学的影响。方法：选取我院2018年4月-2021年4月期间收治的100例DPN患者，按照双色球法将患者分为对照组（50例，常规西医治疗）和研究组（50例，对照组基础上接受补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗）。均治疗4周，对比两组临床疗效、血糖代谢水平、神经传导速度和血液流变学。结果：治疗后研究组临床总有效率（94.00%），高于对照组（72.00%）（P<0.05）。治疗后研究组的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后研究组的腓总神经和正中神经感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）、运动神经传导速度（MNCV）均较对照组高（P<0.05）。治疗后研究组的红细胞比积、纤维蛋白原、全血粘度（高切）及全血粘度（低切）水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗DPN患者疗效显著，有效提高其神经传导速度，改善其血糖代谢和血液流变学。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on blood glucose metabolism, nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: 100 patients with DPN who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (50 cases, conventional western medicine treatment) and the study group (50 cases, the control group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with acupuncture and moxibustion) according to the double color ball method. All patients were treated for 4 weeks, the clinical efficacy, blood glucose metabolism, nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology of two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of study group (94.00%) was higher than (72.00%) of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of common peroneal nerve and median nerve of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hematocrit, whole blood viscosity (high shear), whole blood viscosity (low shear) and fibrinogen of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of patients with DPN, which can effectively improve their nerve conduction velocity, blood glucose metabolism and hemorheology. |
