      目的:本研究旨在探讨脂肪酸去饱和酶2(FADS2)基因rs3834458位点多态性与中国汉族人群冠心病易感性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对健康人群、冠心病患者进行FADS2 rs3834458基因分型,检测受试者的生化指标,采用c2检验、t检验、Wilcoxon秩和检验和Logistic回归进行统计学分析。结果:男性在CAD组的占比较高(P<0.05)。冠心病组的年龄、体重指数(BMI)、血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)均高于对照组,而冠心病组的高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间的基因型分布和等位基因频率无显著差异(P>0.05)。T等位基因不是冠心病的独立危险因素(P>0.05,OR=0.73,95%CI:0.19-2.80)。结论:FADS2 rs3834458基因多态性与中国汉族人群中冠心病发病风险无明显相关性。

      Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Fatty acid desaturase 2 (FADS2) rs3834458 polymorphism and susceptibility to coronary artery disease. Methods: In this study, PCR was used to genotype FADS2 rs3834458 in healthy control group and coronary artery disease group. At the same time, the clinical data of the subjects were collected, and the biochemical indexes of the subjects were tested. The above data were analyzed by t test, Wilcoxon rank sum test, chi-square test and Logistic regression. Results: The proportion of men in the coronary artery disease group was higher(P<0.05). Age, Body mass index (BMI), blood glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gammon-glutamyl transferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) of coronary artery disease group were all higher than those of healthy control group, while High density lipoprotein (HDL-C) of coronary artery disease group was lower than that of healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in genotype distribution and allele frequency between coronary artery disease group and healthy control group. (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that T allele was not an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease (P>0.05, OR=0.73, 95%CI: 0.19-2.80). Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between FADS2 rs3834458 polymorphism and the risk of coronary artery disease in Chinese Han population.
