      目的 探讨联合检测血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的水平在非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者鉴别诊断中的临床意义及疗效监测的关系。方法 收集2016年1月至2018年6月111例确诊为非霍奇金淋巴瘤的初诊患者血清标本和50例正常人分离出的血清作为对照,免疫印迹增强发光法检测血清TK1浓度,比色法检测LDH浓度,并随访至少1年。分析比较惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)与侵袭性NHL、及各自四类分期之间血清TK1和LDH的浓度变化,化疗后完全缓解、部分缓解与未缓解组LDH水平以及NHL患者中血清TK1和LDH的阳性率。结果 首先,高度侵袭性NHL患者和侵袭性NHL患者与惰性NHL患者相比,血清TKI和LDH水平显著性增高,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但惰性NHL患者与正常组血清TK1和LDH水平之间的差异却不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);其次,Ⅲ 、IV期侵袭性NHL患者与I、Ⅱ期患者相比,血清TK1和LDH水平显著性增高,并且差异具有统计学意义;然后,对比化疗前后NHL患者血清LDH水平发现,对于化疗有效的NHL患者,完全缓解组和部分缓解组检测结果趋势递减,并且组间差异具有统计学意义。血清LDH水平与NHL的预后具有相关性。结论 联合检测NHL患者血清TK1和LDH水平对于鉴别非霍奇金程度、评价化疗后疗效监测及预后有重要价值,可能作为NHL患者病情和预后评估的参考指标。

      Objective This study aimed to investigate the level of serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK l) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) patients and evaluation of TK l and LDH level determination in disease curative effect monitoring. Methods Collected 111 cases of newly diagnosed patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma from January 2016 to July 2018 detecting the serum levels of TKl and LDH in different periods. To detect of peripheral blood of 50 cases of healthy volunteers as control group. Using the enhanced chemiluminescent method of western blotting to detect serum TKl concentration LDH concentration was detected by Colorimetric method analysis and comparison of the serum levels of TKl and LDH in Indolent lymphoma and aggressive lymphoma between different stages complete remission and partial remission after chemotherapy and non-remission. The positive rate of LDH and TKl in non-Hodgkin"s lymphoma. Results The serum levels of TKl and LDH was significantly higher in patients with aggressive lymphoma than in patients with indolent lymphoma the difference was statistically significant. The serum levels of TKl and LDH was no difference in patients with Indolent lymphoma and healthy volunteers. The serum levels of TKl and LDH was higher in patients of aggressive lymphoma with Ⅲ、Ⅳ stages than in patients withⅠ、Ⅱ stages. The determinations after chemotherapy decreased progressively and have significant statistical difference (P<0.05). The LDH expression is significant correlated with NHL prognostic index. Conclusion To detect the serum levels of TK1 and LDH has important clinical significance for judging the degree of malignancy assessing of tumor load evaluating the efficacy of treatment and predicting prognosis in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Serum LDH level and TK1 level of non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients are associated with disease severity and the prognosis,and value of them combined predicting prognosis is good.
