      目的 通过对垂体瘤病理组织切片进行免疫组化染色,研究垂体瘤免疫微环境中免疫细胞浸润与肿瘤侵袭的相关性。 方法 选取35例垂体瘤病理组织切片,通过免疫组化染色分析巨噬细胞,T细胞以及中性粒细胞的特异性标记蛋白CD68,CD4、CD8和MPO的相对表达量。结合临床和影像学数据分析,评估生长激素腺瘤,泌乳素腺瘤和功能腺瘤的侵袭性与免疫细胞浸润数量的相关性。 结果 在15例生长激素腺瘤,10例泌乳素腺瘤和10例功能性腺瘤患者中,侵袭性垂体瘤中有更多的巨噬细胞浸润(p分别为0.014,0.032和0.032), 而且巨噬细胞的浸润和垂体瘤肿瘤大小呈现正相关性。 结论 巨噬细胞可以促进垂体瘤的进展。垂体瘤微环境中浸润的巨噬细胞越多,更容易出现大腺瘤或者高侵袭性腺瘤。
英文摘要:
      objective To explore the correlation between immune cell infiltration and tumor invasiveness in immune microenvironment of pituitary adenomas through Methods Tissues of 35 patients with pituitary adenomas were collected after surgical resection and were analyzed by IHC staining for CD68, CD4, CD8 and MPO. Clinical and imaging data were combined to evaluate the correlation between immune cells infiltration and three subtype of pituitary adenomas(somatotroph adenomas, prolactinoma and non-functional pituitary adenomas). Results Among 15 patients with pituitary somatotroph adenoma, 10 with prolactinomas and 10 with non-functional pituitary adenomas,there were more macrophages in invasive pituitary adenomas compared with non-invasive group (p value is 0.014, 0.032 and 0.032 respectively). The infiltration of macrophages also shows a positive correlation with tumor size. Conclusion Macrophages promote the progression of pituitary adenomas. Pituitary adenomas are more likely to be macroadenomas or invasive adenomas with more infiltration of macrophages.
