      目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇血清中维生素A、25-羟基维生素D、维生素E的水平及其临床意义。方法 选取在大连大学附属中山医院就诊并诊断为GDM孕妇1000例为实验组;另选取无GDM孕妇1000例为对照组。采用反向高频液相色谱荧光法(high-performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定维生素A、E水平;高效液相色谱液相色谱串联质谱法(high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer,HPLC-AS/MS)测定25-羟基维生素D水平。结果 GDM孕妇血清中维生素A水平与无GDM孕妇无明显差异(P>0.05);GDM孕妇血清中25-羟基维生素D水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);GDM孕妇血清中维生素E水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。GDM孕妇血清中25-羟基维生素D水平与维生素E表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.351,P<0.05)。结论 GDM孕妇血清中25-羟基维生素D水平低,维生素E水平高,且两者有一定相关性,两者可能共同参与GDM的发生发展。

      Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of vitamin A、25-hydroxyvitamin D、vitamin E in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred patients with GDM diagnosed in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University were selected as experimental group; 100 non-GDM patients were selected as control group. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine vitamin A and E levels;high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer(HPLC-AS/MS)was used to determine 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. Results There was no significant difference in serum vitamin A levels between GDM patients and non-GDM patients (P>0.05);the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in GDM patients were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the serum vitamin E levels in GDM patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in patients with GDM was negatively correlated with the expression of vitamin E (r=-0.351, P<0.05). Conclusion The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in patients with GDM is low, and the level of vitamin E is high, and there is a certain correlation between the two, and they may jointly participate in the development of GDM.
