| 摘要：大肠癌又称之为结直肠癌，是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤之一，严重威胁着人们的生命健康。在中医体系内，大肠癌属"肠覃""脏毒""锁肛痔"等范畴，中医药在治疗大肠癌方面有着自己独特的优势，并且已经积累了大量的实践经验。白花蛇舌草作为治疗癌症的中草药代表之一，在抗癌方面主以"祛邪"兼以"扶正"，白花蛇舌草通过其多种活性成分发挥着抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞的转移、抑制肿瘤血管生成、抑制炎症、逆转耐药等作用。该研究对白花蛇舌草治疗大肠癌的药理活性及其作用机制进行系统概述，为大肠癌中药治疗的深入研究提供参考。 |

| ABSTRACT: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive system in the world, which has a very bad impact on medical and health care.CRC belongs to the categories of "Intestinal mass", "Visceral poisons" and "locked anal hemorrhoids" in traditional Chinese medicine.Furthermore, the traditional Chinese medicine has its own unique advantages in the treatment of CRC and has accumulated a lot of practical experience. As one of the representatives of Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of cancer, the Hedyotis diffusa Willd. (HDW) is mainly "Quxie" and "Fuzheng" in anticancer. Through its various active ingredients, the HDW plays a role in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell metastasis, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, inhibiting inflammation, and reversing drug resistance. This study systematically summarized the pharmacological activity and mechanism of action of the HDW in the treatment of CRC, and provided a reference for in-depth research on the treatment of CRC with traditional Chinese medicine. |
