      摘要 目的:探讨复方斑蝥胶囊联合戈舍瑞林对绝经前乳腺癌患者磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路、凋亡因子及短期预后的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法,将98例绝经前乳腺癌患者分为对照组(49例,化疗基础上接受戈舍瑞林治疗)和观察组(49例,对照组的基础上口服复方斑蝥胶囊)。对比两组治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物水平、血清凋亡因子水平、PI3K信使核糖核酸(mRNA)、Akt mRNA相对表达量、生活质量及短期预后的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后血清糖类抗原153(CA153)、组织多肽抗原(TPA)、胸苷激酶1(TK1)、诱骗受体3(DcR3)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)水平、PI3K mRNA、Akt mRNA表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后18、24个月生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方斑蝥胶囊联合戈舍瑞林治疗可有效控制绝经前乳腺癌患者的疾病进展,并能改善其短期预后,这可能与PI3K/Akt信号通路的调节、凋亡因子水平的调控和生活质量改善有关

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effects of compound banmao capsules combined with goserelin on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt) signaling pathway, apoptosis factors and short-term prognosis in premenopausal breast cancer patients. Methods: According to the random number table method, 98 premenopausal breast cancer patients were divided into control group (49 cases, treated with goserelin on the basis of chemotherapy) and observation group (49 cases, administered compound banmao capsules on the basis of the control group). The changes in the levels of serum tumor markers, serum apoptotic factors, relative expression of PI3K messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) and Akt mRNA, quality of life and short-term prognosis were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results: The levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153), tissue polypeptide antigen (TPA), thymidine kinase 1 (TK1), decoy receptor 3 (DcR3), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), PI3K mRNA and Akt mRNA expression in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of European Organization for the Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30) in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05). The survival rates at 18 and 24 months after treatment in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound banmao capsules combined with goserelin can effectively control the disease progression of premenopausal breast cancer patients and improve their short-term prognosis, which may be related to the regulation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, the regulation of apoptotic factor levels and the improvement of quality of life.
