      摘要 目的:分析血清白细胞介素33(IL-33)/生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(ST2)轴水平与肝癌患者术后复发的关系。方法:278例肝癌患者按照肝切除术后12个月是否复发分为复发组、未复发组,对比两组术前血清IL-33、ST2水平及临床资料,分析肝癌患者术后复发的影响因素及血清IL-33、ST2水平预测肝癌患者术后复发的价值。结果:复发组术前血清IL-33、ST2水平高于未复发组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,影响肝癌患者术后复发的危险因素包括术前血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平≥400 ng/mL、合并门静脉癌栓、合并淋巴结转移、血清IL-33水平升高、血清ST2水平升高(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线发现,血清IL-33、ST2二者联合检测的AUC最高。结论:血清IL-33/ST2轴水平上调会增加肝癌患者术后复发风险,且血清IL-33、ST2联合检测预测肝癌患者术后复发的净收益更高。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the relationship between serum interleukin-33/growth stimulating expression gene 2 protein axis level and postoperative recurrence in patients with liver cancer. Methods: 278 liver cancer patients who were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group according to whether recurrence occurred 12 months after hepatectomy. Preoperative serum IL-33 and ST2 levels, as well as clinical data, were compared between the two groups. The factors that influence postoperative recurrence in liver cancer patients were also analyzed and the usefulness of serum IL-33 and ST2 levels in predicting postoperative recurrence in liver cancer patients. Results: The preoperative serum IL-33 and ST2 levels in recurrence group were higher than those in non-recurrence group (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, the risk factors affecting postoperative recurrence of HCC patients included preoperative serum Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) level≥400 ng/mL, portal vein tumor thrombus, lymph node metastasis, elevated serum IL-33 level and elevated serum ST2 level (OR>1, P<0.05). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve showed that, the AUC of combined detection of serum IL-33 and ST2 was the highest. Conclusion: The up-regulation of serum IL-33/ST2 axis will increase the risk of postoperative recurrence in liver cancer patients, and the combined detection of serum IL-33 and ST2 predicts a higher net benefit of postoperative recurrence in liver cancer patients.
