Objective:To understand the current situation of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners team construction in Guangxi, and to explore the influencing factors of their standardized training content demand.Methods:448 grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects by simple random sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted among grassroots general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi, 430 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 95.98%. The basic situation and post competency status of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi were analyzed, and the feedback and satisfaction of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi on standardized training were investigated. The influencing factors of standardized training content demand of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results:The current situation of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners team construction in Guangxi was at a normal level. Among the post competency scores of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi, the scores of humanistic practice ability was the highest, and the scores of basic medical and health service ability was the lowest. The feedback results of standardized training showed that, 194 cases (45.12%) thought that standardized training was very necessary, 172 cases (40.00%) thought that standardized training was necessary, 63 cases (14.65%) thought that standardized training was general, and 1 case (0.23%) thought that standardized training was not necessary. 421 cases (97.91%) were willing to recommend standardized training, 8 cases (1.86%) were uncertain whether they were willing to recommend standardized training, and 1 case (0.23%) was not recommended standardized training. The results of satisfaction analysis showed that, grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi were highly satisfied with the various items of standardized training. The results of univariate analysis showed that, there were statistically significant differences in the scores of training content requirements among grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners with different educational levels, employment modes and practice levels (P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that, educational levels, employment modes and practice levels were the influencing factors of the training content demand of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi (P<0.05). Conclusion:The current situation of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners team construction in Guangxi is relatively scientific, the vast majority of physicians believe that standardized training is very necessary, and they are satisfied with the training content, showing positive feedback on the existing standardized training programs. Educational levels, employment modes and practice levels are the main factors affecting the training content needs of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners in Guangxi. |
