结核病仍然是威胁人类健康的重大传染性疾病之一。快速、准确、敏感的诊断是防控结核病的关键。结核病是一种以多系统参与为特征的慢性消耗性疾病,可导致患者的代谢紊乱。代谢组是基因组转录的最终下游结果,是细胞或生物体中存在的所有低分子化合物的汇编,参与正常细胞功能、生长和维持过程中的代谢反应。近年研究表明,应用代谢组学对结核病代谢生物标志物进行研究为结核病的诊断提供了重要依据。代谢组学的常用检测样本主要是血液,尿液,唾液,以及细胞和组织的提取液等,本文就以目前不同临床样本的代谢组学在结核病患者诊断方面的研究进展进行简要综述,为结核病诊断技术提供参考。 |

tuberculosis is still one of the major infectious diseases threatening human health. Rapid, accurate and sensitive diagnosis is the key to prevent and control tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a chronic consumptive disease characterized by multi system participation, which can lead to metabolic disorder in patients. Metabolome is the ultimate downstream result of genome transcription, a compilation of all low molecular weight compounds present in cells or organisms, participating in metabolic reactions during normal cell function, growth, and maintenance. Recent studies have shown that the application of metabonomics to the study of metabolic biomarkers of tuberculosis provides an important basis for the diagnosis of tuberculosis. The commonly used test samples of metabonomics are mainly blood, urine, saliva, and extracts of cells and tissues. This article briefly reviews the research progress of metabonomics in the diagnosis of tuberculosis patients with different clinical samples. |
