Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound blood flow parameters and ultrasound elastography combined with plasma microRNA-21 (miR-21) in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 120 patients with suspected early breast cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were included, the color doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were performed, and the relative expression of plasma miR-21 in all patients on admission was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR), patients were divided into breast cancer group and benign breast lesion group according to the results of histopathological examination. Baseline data, ultrasound blood flow parameters and ultrasound elastography results and relative expression of plasma miR-21 were compared between two groups, the risk factors affecting breast cancer were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis, ultrasound blood flow parameters and ultrasound elastography in breast cancer,the diagnostic value of plasma miR-21, were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). Results The results of biopsy or histopathological examination in 120 patients with suspected breast cancer showed that, there were 61 cases of breast cancer, and 59 cases of benign breast lesions. The end-diastolic velocity (EDV), peak systolic velocity (PSV), maximum blood flow velocity (Vmax), resistance index (RI) and ultrasonic elastography score in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast lesion group (P<0.05). The relative expression of plasma miR-21 in breast cancer group was higher than that in benign breast lesion group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that, high EDV, high PSV, high Vmax, high RI, high ultrasound elastography score,and high plasma miR-21 were risk factors for breast cancer. The results of ROC curve showed that, the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of EDV, PSV, Vmax, RI ,ultrasound elastography score and plasma miR-21,in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.770, 0.773, 0.766, 0.746 ,0.765, 0.758, respectively, the AUC of parallel detection was 0.912, and the diagnostic value was improved. Conclusion ultrasound blood flow parameters , ultrasound elastography and Plasma miR-21 have certain diagnostic value for breast cancer, and the value of combined diagnosis is higher. |
