      摘要 目的:观察白噪声疗法对早产儿生长发育、神经行为发育及穿刺疼痛的影响。方法:纳入我院2020年3月~2022年2月期间首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院收治的113例早产儿,按照双色球法将早产儿分为对照组(56例)和研究组(57例)。对照组接受常规疗法,研究组在对照组治疗基础上接受白噪声疗法,对比两组早产儿生长发育、神经行为发育及血氧饱和度最低值、心率最大值、穿刺疼痛评分。结果:与对照组比较,干预后,研究组早产儿体重、头围较大,身长较长(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组早产儿被动肌张力、行为能力、主动肌张力、一般反应、原始反射高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组早产儿血氧饱和度最低值大于对照组,心率最大值小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的穿刺疼痛评分小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白噪声疗法应用于早产儿,可有效促进其生长发育、神经行为发育,减轻穿刺疼痛。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effects of white noise therapy on growth development, neurobehavioral development and puncture pain in premature infants. Methods: 113 premature infants who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were included. According to the two-color sphere method, premature infants were divided into control group (56 cases) and study group(57 cases). The control group received conventional therapy, and the study group received white noise therapy on the basis of the control group. Growth development, neurobehavioral development, minimum oxygen saturation, maximum heart rate and puncture pain score of preterm infants in the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, after intervention, the premature infants in the study group had larger body weight, head circumference and longer body length(P<0.05). After intervention, the passive muscle tone, behavioral ability, active muscle tone, general response and primitive reflex of preterm infants in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the minimum blood oxygen saturation in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the maximum heart rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The puncture pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of white noise therapy in premature infants can promote their growth development, neurobehavioral development, and reduce puncture pain.
