摘要 目的:研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清硫氧还蛋白(Trx)、NOD样受体家族蛋白3(NLRP3)、纤维连接蛋白Ⅲ型域包含蛋白5(FNDC5)水平与病情程度及认知功能损害的关系。方法:选取我院2015年5月~2020年10月收治的148例AD患者作为研究对象,记作研究组,另取同期在我院进行健康体检的140例志愿者作为对照组,检测并比较两组血清Trx、NLRP3、FNDC5水平。采用临床痴呆量表(CDR)评估AD患者病情程度,简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估AD患者的认知功能损害情况,比较不同病情程度AD患者血清Trx、NLRP3、FNDC5水平及MoCA、MMSE评分。采用Pearson相关系数分析AD患者血清Trx、NLRP3、FNDC5水平与MoCA、MMSE评分的相关性。结果:研究组血清Trx、FNDC5水平低于对照组,NLRP3水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。AD患者的血清Trx、FNDC5水平以及MoCA、MMSE评分随着病情程度的加深而降低,NLRP3水平则随着病情程度的加深而升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,AD患者的血清Trx、FNDC5水平与MoCA、MMSE评分均呈正相关,而NLRP3水平与MoCA、MMSE评分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:AD患者的血清Trx、FNDC5水平呈低表达,而NLRP3水平呈高表达,三者均与AD患者认知功能损害有关,并且随着水平变化幅度的增加,AD患者的病情越严重,可能具有辅助评估AD患者认知功能损害程度的潜在价值。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To study the relationship between the level of serum thioredoxin (Trx), NOD-like receptor family protein 3 (NLRP3), fibronectin type Ⅲ domain containing protein 5 (FNDC5) and disease severity and cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients. Methods: A total of 148 patients with AD who were admitted to our hospital as the research subjects from May 2015 to October 2020 were selected, and recorded as the study group. Another 140 volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were taken as the control group, the serum Trx, NLRP3 and FNDC5 levels were detected and compared between the two groups. The severity of patients with AD was assessed by clinical dementia scale (CDR), Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) were used to evaluate the cognitive impairment of patients with AD, The serum Trx, NLRP3 and FNDC5 levels and the scores of MOCA and MMSE in patients with AD with different degrees of disease were compared, and the correlation between serum Trx, NLRP3, FNDC5 levels and MOCA and MMSE scores in patients with AD was used to analyze by pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The serum Trx and FNDC5 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the NLRP3 level were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum Trx, FNDC5 levels, MOCA and MMSE scores in patients with AD decreased with the deepening of the degree of disease, while the NLRP3 level increased with the deepening of the degree of disease (P<0.05). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum Trx and FNDC5 levels were positively correlated with MOCA and MMSE scores, while the NLRP3 levels were negatively correlated with MOCA and MMSE scores (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum Trx and FNDC5 levels are low in patients with AD, while NLRP3 levels are high, which are all related to cognitive impairment in patients with AD, and the greater the magnitude of change in levels, the more severe degrees of disease in patients with AD, and it may have potential value to assist in assessing the degree of cognitive impairment in patients with AD. |
