      摘要 目的:探讨微血栓形成和纤维蛋白原、载脂蛋白比值与大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注无再流现象的相关性。方法:选择70只SD大鼠构建大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注模型,根据再灌注后有无再流分为2组,分别为无再流组(n=42)和有再流组(n=28)。分析各组大鼠血流动力学、微血栓形成、纤维蛋白原、载脂蛋白比值以及血清细胞因子水平,并分析微血栓形成和纤维蛋白原、载脂蛋白比值与大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注无再流现象的相关性。结果:有再流组大鼠HR和LVEDP值、纤维蛋白原水平、VCAM-1值显著高于无再流组,而SBP、DBP和LVSP值、微血栓形成数量、ApoB值和ApoB/ApoA1值、P-selectin、ICAM-1、IL-6和IL-10值则显著低于无再流组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微血栓形成(r=0.654,P=0.005)和载脂蛋白比值(r=0.582,P=0.004)与大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注无再流现象之间存在正相关关系;纤维蛋白原(r=-0.552,P=0.002)与大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注无再流现象之间存在负相关关系。结论:微血栓形成和纤维蛋白原、载脂蛋白比值与急性心肌缺血再灌注无再流现象之间存在一定的相关性,三者可作为急性心肌缺血再灌注无再流现象的预测因子。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the correlation between microthrombus formation, fibrinogen, apolipoprotein ratio and no reperfusion in acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods: A total of 70 SD rats were selected to construct rat acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion model. According to whether there was reperfusion after reperfusion, the rats were divided into two groups: no reperfusion group (n=42) and with reperfusion group (n=28). Hemodynamics, microthrombi, fibrinogen, apolipoprotein ratio and serum cytokine levels were analyzed in each group, and the correlation between microthrombi, fibrinogen, apolipoprotein ratio and no reperfusion in acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in rats was analyzed. Results: HR and LVEDP values, fibrinogen level and VCAM-1 values were significantly higher in the group with reflow than in the group without reflow, while SBP, DBP and LVSP values, number of microthrombi, ApoB and ApoB/ApoA1 values, P-selectin, ICAM-1, IL-6 and IL-10 values were significantly lower in the group without reflow. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between microthrombi (r=0.654, P=0.005) and apolipoprotein ratio (r=0.582, P=0.004) and no reperfusion during acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats. There was a negative correlation between fibrinogen (r=-0.552, P=0.002) and no reperfusion during acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats. Conclusion: Microthrombi, fibrinogen and apolipoprotein ratio were correlated with the absence of acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion, and these three factors could be used as predictors of absence of acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
