      摘要 目的:研究蒙药材芹叶铁线莲中木脂素与黄酮类的化学成分,探究其活性物质基础。方法:采用75%乙醇提取芹叶铁线莲全株,提取液真空浓缩去除乙醇后悬浮于水中,分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取获得相应的萃取物,综合运用各种柱层析技术对正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱对分离纯化的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从芹叶铁线莲中分离3个木脂素和3个黄酮类化合物,化学结构分别鉴定为(+)-丁香脂素-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(+)-松脂素-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(7R,8S,7'R,8'S,7''S,8''R)-4'-愈创木酚甘油醚-梣皮树脂醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(5)和槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)。结论:化合物3和6为首次从芹叶铁线莲中分离鉴定,化合物3为首次从铁线莲属植物分离鉴定。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To study the chemical constituents of lignans and flavonoids from the Mongolian medicinal material Clematis aethusifolia Turcz., and to explore the basis of its active substances. Methods: The whole plants of C. aethusifolia was extracted by 75% ethanol. The extract was concentrated in vacuo to remove alcohol and suspended in water. And then, it was partitioned with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol, respectively. The n-butanol extract was isolated and purified by various column chromatography techniques. The structures of the purified compounds were identified by MS (Mass spectrometry), 1H and 13C NMR (Nuclear magnetic resonance) spectroscopy. Results: Three lignans and three flavonoids were identified from C. aethusifolia. Their chemical structures were elucidated as(+) -syringaresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), (+)-pinoresionol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), (7R,8S,7'R,8'S,7''S,8''R)-4'-guaiacylglyceryl-medioresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), quercetin (4), quercetin 3-O-β-D-rutinoside (5), and quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 3 and 6 were identified for the first time from C. aethusifolia, and compound 3 was discovered firstly from the genus of Clematis.
