| 摘要 目的：探讨慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）、正五聚蛋白3（PTX3）、钙结合蛋白S100A12（S100A12）、音猬因子( Shh)蛋白与牙周指标和炎症反应的关系。方法：选择2017年4月~2021年6月期间我院收治的慢性牙周炎患者120例作为观察组，另选取牙周健康的志愿者90例作为对照组，对比对照组、观察组龈沟液ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白水平，对比观察组不同病情严重程度患者龈沟液ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白、牙周指标和血清炎症因子。Pearson相关性分析龈沟液ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白与牙周指标和血清炎症因子的相关性。结果：观察组龈沟液ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白水平高于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。重度组、中度组龈沟液ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白水平，血清白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平，附着丧失（AL）、探诊深度（PD）、牙龈指数（GI）均高于轻度组，且重度组以上指标均高于中度组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Pearson相关性分析结果显示，龈沟液ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白与IL-6、TNF -α、AL、PD、GI均呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论：ICAM-1、PTX3、S100A12、Shh蛋白可作为判断慢性牙周炎患者病情严重程度的辅助指标，且其与牙周指标和炎症反应均有一定的相关性。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the relationship between gingival crevicular fluid intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), pentraxin 3 (PTX3), calcium binding protein S100A12 (S100A12) and sonic hedgehog (Shh) protein and periodontal indexes and inflammatory response in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: 120 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 90 periodontal healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The levels of gingival crevicular fluid ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12 and Shh protein of the control group and the observation group were compared. The levels of gingival crevicular fluid ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12, Shh protein, periodontal indexes and serum inflammatory factors of patients with different severity of the disease in the observation group were compared. Pearson correlation analysis the correlation between gingival crevicular fluid ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12, Shh protein and periodontal indexes and serum inflammatory factors. Results: The levels of gingival crevicular fluid ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12 and Shh protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of gingival crevicular fluid ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12, Shh protein, serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), attachment loss (AL), probing depth (PD) and gingival index(GI) in severe group were higher than those in mild group, and the above indexes in severe group were higher than those in moderate group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that gingival crevicular fluid ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12 and Shh protein were positively correlated with IL-6, TNF-α, AL, PD and GI(P<0.05). Conclusion: ICAM-1, PTX3, S100A12 and Shh protein can be used as auxiliary indexes to judge the severity of chronic periodontitis, and they have certain correlation with periodontal index and inflammatory response. |
