摘要 目的:探讨眩晕宁颗粒联合盐酸倍他司汀对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症(VBIV)患者动脉血流速度、氧化应激及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取我院于2018年2月~2019年7月期间接收的360例VBIV患者。采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(n=180)、对照组(n=180),对照组予以盐酸倍他司汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合眩晕宁颗粒治疗,比较两组患者疗效、动脉血流速度、氧化应激及血液流变学指标情况,记录两组不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗1个月后的临床总有效率为84.44%(152/180);高于对照组的66.11%(119/180)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1个月后左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1个月后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);而丙二醛(MDA)则降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1个月后红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、全血黏度均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应的发生率对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:眩晕宁颗粒联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗VBIV,可减轻机体氧化应激,改善患者动脉血流速度及血液流变学,且不增加不良反应发生率,疗效显著。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuanyunning granule combined with betahistine on arterial blood flow velocity, oxidative stress and hemorheology in vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo (VBIV). Methods: From February 2018 to July 2019, 390 patients with VBIV who were received by our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into study group (n=180) and control group (n=180) by random number table method. The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride. The study group was treated with Xuanyunning granule on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, arterial blood flow velocity, oxidative stress and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the study group after 1 month of treatment was 84.44% (152/180) and higher than 66.11% (119/180) of the control group (P<0.05). The mean blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups increased at after 1 month of treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) of the two groups increased, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05), while the malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the red blood cell aggregation index, hematocrit and whole blood viscosity of the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Xuanyunning granule combined with betahistine hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of VBIV, which can reduce the body's oxidative stress, improve the arterial blood flow velocity and hemorheology, and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which has a good effect. |
