摘要 目的:探讨哮喘大鼠血清白介素(Interleukin,IL)-8、干扰素(Interferon,IFN)-γ水平与疾病分期的相关性。方法:健康级56只SD雄性大鼠随机平分为急性哮喘组(n=14)、慢性哮喘组(n=14)、哮喘缓解组(n=14)和正常对照组(n=14),建立相应模型后,检测血清IL-8、IFN-γ水平并进行相关性分析。结果:急性哮喘组、慢性哮喘组、哮喘缓解组的哮喘症状评分、IL-8含量、细胞计数与嗜酸性粒细胞计数高于正常对照组(P<0.05),慢性哮喘组高于急性哮喘组、哮喘缓解组(P<0.05)。急性哮喘组、慢性哮喘组、哮喘缓解组的血清IFN-γ含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05),慢性哮喘组低于急性哮喘组、哮喘缓解组(P<0.05)。在哮喘大鼠中,Pearson相关分析显示血清IL-8、IFN-γ含量与疾病分期存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘大鼠多伴随有IL-8的高表达与IFN-γ的低表达,两者的表达水平与疾病分期存在相关性,可用于临床病情判断与治疗指导。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum levels of Interleukin (IL)-8, Interferon (IFN)-γ and disease stages in asthmatic rats. Methods: A total of 56 healthy SD male rats were randomly divided into acute asthma group (n=14), chronic asthma group (n=14), asthma relief group (n=14) and normal control group (n=14). After establishing the corresponding model, the serum IL-8 and IFN-γ levels of all the rats were detected and given correlation analysis. Results: The asthma symptom scores, IL-8 content, cell count and eosinophil count of the acute asthma group, chronic asthma group, and asthma relief group were higher than those of the normal control group (P<0.05), and the chronic asthma group was higher than the acute asthma group and asthma relief group (P<0.05). The serum IFN-γ levels in the acute asthma group, chronic asthma group, and asthma relief group were lower than those in the normal control group (P<0.05), and the chronic asthma group was lower than the acute asthma group and asthma relief group (P<0.05). In asthmatic rats, Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IL-8 and IFN-γ levels were correlated with disease stages (P<0.05). Conclusion: Asthma rats are mostly accompanied by high expression of IL-8 and low expression of IFN-γ. The expression levels of the IL-8 and IFN-γ are correlated with disease stages, which can be used for clinical disease judgment and treatment guidance. |
