| 摘要 目的：探讨针灸联合交替垂直振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能、血液流变学以及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2017年5月-2019年8月期间我中心收治的136例脑卒中偏瘫患者，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=68）与研究组（n=68），对照组患者给予常规康复训练，研究组患者在对照组基础上给予针灸联合交替垂直振动训练，比较两组患者的疗效、平衡功能、血液流变学以及生活质量。结果：两组患者治疗1个月后Berg平衡量表（BBS）、功能性步态测试（FGA）、特异性活动平衡信心量表（ABC）评分均升高，且研究组高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗1个月后Barthel指数（BI）评分均升高，且研究组高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗1个月后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原均降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组治疗1个月后的临床总有效率为86.76%（59/68），高于对照组的60.29%（41/68）（P<0.05）。结论：交替垂直振动训练联合针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者，可有效改善患者平衡功能、血液流变学以及生活质量，疗效显著。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with alternating vertical vibration training on balance function, hemorheology and quality of life of stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods: 136 stroke hemiplegia patients who were admitted to our center from May 2017 to August 2019 were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group (n=68) and the study group (n=68) according to the number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training. The patients in the study group were combined with acupuncture and alternate vertical vibration training on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, balance function, hemorheology and quality of life were compared. Results: 1 month after treatment, the Berg balance scale (BBS), functional gait test (FGA) and specific activity balance confidence scale (ABC) scores in two groups increased, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). 1 month after treatment, Barthel index (BI) score in two groups increased at 1 month after treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen in the two groups decreased at 1 month after treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate in the study group was 86.76% (59/68), which was higher than 60.29% (41/68) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with alternative vertical vibration training in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia, it can effectively improve the balance function, hemorheology and quality of life of patients, which has a good curative effect. |
