| 摘要 目的：探讨miR-191在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用实时荧光相对定量聚合酶链式反应(quantitative realtime polymerase chain reaction，qRT-PCR)技术检测非小细胞肺癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中miR-191的表达水平，并分析其与患者临床病理特征及生存期的相关性。结果：与癌旁组织比较，癌组织中miR-191的表达显著上调。组织分化程度低或有淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者癌组织中miR-191表达明显高于组织分化程度高或无淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者(P＜0.05)，癌组织高表达miR-191的NSCLC患者生存期明显短于癌组织低表达miR-191的NSCLC患者(P＜0.05)。结论：miR-191在非小细胞肺癌中表达上调，与组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和患者生存期有关。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-191 in the NSCLC. Methods: qRT-PCR was used to detect the miR-191 expression in both cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of NSCLC patients. The correlation of miR-191 expres- sion with the clinical pathological features and survival of NSCLC patients were analyzed. Results: The expression of miR-191 in cancer tissues was significantly higher compared with the adjacent tissues (P＜0.05). miR-191 expressions in the cancer tissue were obviously higher in the patients with low differentiation or lymph node metastasis than those with high differentiation or non lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05), and the survival of patients with higher miR-191 expression was obviously shorter than those with lower miR-191 expression (P＜0.05). Conclusion: miR-191 expression is up-regulated in NSCLC, which is related to the tissue differentiation, lymph node metasta- sis, and survival. |
