摘要:芳香烃受体(AhR)是一类存在于胞质中且通常情况下无活性,与其相应内源性配基结合后能够转移到细胞核使基因转录发生改变的碱性的螺旋-环-螺旋转录因子家族中的一个主要成员,参与机体的免疫抑制,免疫耐受以及免疫反应等;目前许多芳香烃受体介导的免疫调节机制已经被发现,其在抑制肿瘤的发生发展及炎症反应等方面有着重要的生物学功能。因此深入探讨芳香烃受体被内源性配基激活后的分子机制及其在肿瘤治疗与抗炎反应中的调控作用具有重要意义。本文介绍了芳香烃受体内源性配基的种类、功能与临床应用,并对其未来的研究前景进行了展望。 |

ABSTRACT: Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), with an important immunoregulatory mechanism underlying immunosuppression, tolerance, and immunity, is a member of a basic helix-loop-helix family and it exists in cytoplasm and normally inactive. Many AhR-mediated immunoregulatory mechanisms have been discovered. It has significant biological functions in inhibiting tumor development and inflammation when binding with its corresponding endogenous ligands and causing changes in the gene transcription subsequently. So, it is important to discuss the molecular mechanisms of AhR activated by endogenous ligands and the role of AhR in tumor treatment and regulation of anti-inflammatory response. In this paper, the type, function and clinical application of AhR endogenous ligands was introduced and research prospect was presented. |
