| 摘要：综合实力强竞争优势明显的高校附属医院，具有深厚的历史底蕴与鲜明的文化特征及优秀的价值体系。因此加强医院文化建设对统一医院意志，凝聚发展力量，有效提高医院管理水平，提升医院综合实力具有十分重要的创新性意义。高校附属医院数量的增加，使其文化研究和建设成为一个紧迫的问题。高校附属医院文化研究和建设也是一项具有基础性、战略性、前瞻性的工作。国内各大高校附属医院文化建设普遍存在与思想政治工作混淆、与高校文化严重脱节、实施过程流于表面形式等问题。正确理解高校附属医院的文化内涵，需要借鉴国内外先进经验，将校园文化与医院文化有机融合，发展创新，完善制度，以更好适应生物医学与医疗市场领域面临的机遇和挑战，推动生命科学与医疗保障事业的进步与发展。 |

| ABSTRACT: The affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities with strong comprehensive strength and competitive advantage have profound historical background, distinctive culture and excellent value system. To raise the management level ,gather development strength and improve hospital comprehensive strength, the hospitals should strengthen hospitals’ culture construction.Cultural research and construction of hospitals has been a pressing problem, with the increase in the number of affiliated hospitals in China's colleges and universities,which is also a basic, strategic and forward-looking work. The cultural construction of affiliated hospitals of universities and colleges in China is generally confused with ideological and political work, seriously disjointed from the culture of colleges and universities. Its implementation process is often in the form of surface.The correct understanding of the cultural connotation of universities hospital needs to learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad, organically integrate the campus culture and hospital culture,and improve the system to better adapt to the field of biomedical and medical market facing opportunities and challenges,and to promote the progress and development of life science and medical security. |
