| 摘要 目的：研究鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗对晚期胃癌的治疗效果及安全性。方法：选取2014年8月至2015年8月我院接诊的80例晚期胃癌患者作为本次研究对象，按治疗方法分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组采用5-氟尿嘧啶及奥沙利铂化疗；观察组采用鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗疗效，血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原-199(CA199)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)水平变化、生存质量改善情况及不良反应的发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率为87.50%，显著高于对照组(65.00%，P＜0.05)；生存质量改善率为90.00%，显著高于对照组(72.50%，P＜0.05)；血清CEA、CA199水平、不良反应总发生率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者WBC、HGB、PLT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗用于晚期胃癌的治疗效果显著，且安全性高。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the curative efficacy and safety of brucea javanica oil injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40) according to different therapeutic methods. The patients in the control group were treated with 5- fluorouracil and oxaliplatin, while the patients in the observa- tion group were treated with brucea javanica oil injection combined with chemotherapy. Then the therapeutic efficacy, serum levels of carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA199), the improvement of quality of life, incidence of adverse reac- tions, white blood cell (WBC), hemoglobin (HGB) and blood platelet (PLT) in both groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of CEA and CA199 in the observation group were statistically lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the WBC, HGB and PLT between the two groups(P>0.05). The improvement of quality of life of observation group was statistically higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observa- tion group was statistically lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Brucea javanica oil injection combined with chemotherapy was effective for advanced gastric cancer, which could reduce the serum levels of CEA and CA199 and side effects. |
