      摘要 目的:探讨老年癫痫患者血清中miR-222、miR-21水平含量变化及其与炎症因子、T淋巴细胞亚群的关系。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院诊断的老年癫痫患者47例(癫痫组)、选取同期健康体检对象47例作为健康组,检测两组血清miR-222、miR-21、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平,并分析相关性。结果:癫痫组的血清miR-222 (1.2941±0.2751)、miR-21(2.1176±0.3382)、血清TNF-α(4.78±0.96)ng/mL、IL-2(4.37±1.12)ng/mL均高于健康组(0.6674±0.129)、(0.7314±0.1162)、(1.33±0.42)ng/mL、(8.96±2.77)ng/ml(P<0.05);癫痫组的CD8+(28.92±3.16)%高于健康组(26.60±2.45)%(P<0.05),CD4+(39.54±6.81)%、CD3+(57.18±7.44)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.37±0.20)均低于健康组(50.63±7.21)%、(69.25±6.81)%、(1.90±0.27)%(P<0.05);癫痫组血清miR-222、miR-21与CD4+、CD3+水平呈显著的负相关性(r=-0.312,r=-0.381,P<0.05),与患者的血清TNF-α、IL-2水平呈显著的正相关性(r=0.496,r=0.338,P<0.05)。结论:老年癫痫患者血清中miR-222、miR-21水平显著的升高,并且与患者的血清炎症因子、T淋巴细胞水平变化有关,可能参与患者炎症反应及免疫水平的调节。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the changes of serum miR-222 and miR-21 levels and their relationship with inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets in elderly patients with epilepsy. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital 47 cases of diagnosis of elderly patients with epilepsy (epilepsy group) and 47 cases of healthy objects were selected as healthy group, two groups were detected the serum levels of miR-222, miR-21, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- alpha) and interleukin -2 (IL-2), the level of T lymphocyte subsets. And correlation analysis. Results: The serum miR-222 in epilepsy group (1.2941±0.2751), miR-21 (2.1176±0.3382), serum TNF- (4.78±0.96) ng/mL, IL-2 (4.37±1.12) ng/mL were higher than those in healthy group (0.6674±0.129), (0.7314±0.1162), (1.33±0.42) ng/mL(8.96±2.77) ng/mL (P<0.05); The epilepsy group CD8+ (28.92±3.16)% higher than that of the control group (26.60 ±2.45)% (P<0.05), CD4+ (39.54±6.81)%, CD3+ (57.18 ±7.44)%, CD4+/CD8+ (1.37±0.20) were lower than those of healthy group (50.63±7.21)% and (69.25±6.81)%, (1.90±0.27)% (P<0.05); The epilepsy group serum miR-222, miR-21 and CD4+, the level of CD3+ was significantly negatively correlated (r=-0.312, r=-0.381, P<0.05), showed a significant positive correlation with the serum level of TNF- alpha, IL-2(r=0.496, r=0.338, P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum levels of miR-222 and miR-21 were significantly higher in the elderly patients with epilepsy, and were related to the changes of serum inflammatory cytokines and T lymphocyte levels, which may be involved in the regulation of inflammation and immune level.
