| 摘要 目的：研究肾复康胶囊联合阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎对患者炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2015年2月至2016年1月本院收治的78例慢性肾小球肾炎患者，根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组，39例每组。对照组使用阿魏酸钠进行治疗，观察组采取肾复康胶囊联合阿魏酸钠进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后炎症因子及免疫功能指标的变化。结果：治疗后，观察组总的临床疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、CD8水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)，CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)，观察组的IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、CD8炎症因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：肾复康胶囊联合阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者能有效减轻患者炎症反应并改善其免疫功能，且临床疗效良好。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the effect of shenfukang capsule combined with sodium ferulate on the inflammatory factors and immune function of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods: 78 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method. The control group was treated with sodium ferulate, and the treatment group was treated with Shenfukang capsule combined with sodium ferulate. The clinical curative effect, serum inflammatory factors levels and immune function before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results: After treatment, the total clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The serum serum levels of IL-6 observation group, TNF-α and hs-CRP, CD8 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenfukang capsule combined with sodium ferulate could effectively relieve the inflammatory response and improve the immune function with good clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. |
