      摘要 目的:探讨匹多莫德联合布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患儿白细胞介素(IL)-4、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿92例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用匹多莫德口服液,检测并比较两组患儿治疗前后血清IL-4、IFN-γ、IgA、IgG、IgM以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的变化。结果:治疗前,观察组与对照组的IL-4、IFN-γ、IgA、IgG、IgM及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均无统计学差异(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,观察组治疗后IL-4水平显著降低,IFN-γ、IgA、IgG、IgM水平、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均显著升高,差异均有统计学(P<0.05);而对照组治疗后的IFN-γ、IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),仅IL-4水平显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-4、IFN-γ、IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单独使用布地奈德相比,匹多莫德联合布地奈德可更加显著提高支气管哮喘患儿的调节免疫功能。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the influence of pidotimod combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the IL-4, IFN-γ, immunoglobulin and T cell subsets of children with bronchial asthma. Methods: 92 cases of children with bronchial asthma in our hospi- tal from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given budesonide suspension treatment, and the observation group was treated by pidotimod oral liquid on the base of the control group. The changes of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment were de- tected and compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the serum IL-4, IFN-γ, IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ between two groups (P>0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the serum level of IL-4 was significantly decreased, in the observation group, while the IFN-γ, IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ levels were signifi- cantly increased after treatment (P<0.05). The IFN-γ, IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of control group showed no sig- nificant change before and after treatment (P>0.05), only the serum IL-4 level was significantly decreased(P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-4, IFN-γ, IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with budesonide alone, pidotimod combined with budesonide could significantly regulate the immune function of children with bronchial asthma.
