      摘要 目的:研究星形细胞提升基因-1(AEG-1)与基质金属蛋白酶-9 (MMP-9)在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化的方法检测53例口腔鳞癌组织和30例正常口腔黏膜组织中AEG-1和MMP-9的蛋白表达,分析其与口腔鳞癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果:AEG-1和MMP-9在口腔鳞癌组织中表达阳性率分别为66.03 % (35/53)、73.58 % (39/53),在正常口腔黏膜组织中表达阳性率分别为13.33 % (4/30)、16.67 % (5/30)。AEG-1和MMP-9在口腔鳞癌组织中阳性表达率均高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.01)。高表达的AEG-1和MMP-9与口腔鳞癌的组织分化程度,淋巴结转移以及临床分期有密切相关性,但与患者的性别、年龄及吸烟史无相关性。口腔鳞癌组织中AEG-1与MMP-9的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.474,P<0.01)。结论:AEG-1和MMP-9的高表达均与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及转移有密切相关性,同时检测二者可能会对口腔鳞癌的早期诊断及预后判断具有一定的临床参考价值。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To study the expressions and clinical significances of astrocyte elevated gene-1(AEG-1) and matrix metal- loproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: The expressions of AEG-1 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 53 cases of OSCC patients and 30 cases of controls with normal oral mucosa tissues. The relation- ship of AEG-1 and MMP-9 expressions with the clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results: The postive expressions of AEG-1 and MMP-9 in the OSCC(66.03 %, 73.58 %) were signifiacnatly higher than those of the normal oral mucosa tissue (13.33 %, 16.67 %)(P<0.01). The expression of AEG-1 was positively correlated with with the expression of MMP-9 (r=0.474, P<0.01). The high expres- sions of AEG-1 and MMP-9 were associated with the differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, but they were not correlated with the gender, age and smoker. Conclusion: The high expression of AEG-1 and MMP-9 were closely related to the occur- rence, development and metastasis of OSCC. Therefore, combined detection of AEG-1 and MMP-9 might be valuable for the early diag- nosis and prognostic prediction of OSCC.
