| 摘要 目的：探讨消化道内窥镜对于胃Dieulafoy病的诊断和治疗作用。方法：对山东省立医院近3年收治的15例Dieulafoy病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：13例内镜下止血治疗成功，无再出血(随访时间为12个月到36个月)；1例内镜下治疗后再次出血，给予第二次内镜治疗后，随访18个月未再出血；1例因患者家属商议后坚持行外科手术治疗(近端胃切除术)。结论：内镜下治疗可作为处理胃Dieulafoy病的首选方案，仔细而谨慎的内镜下操作有助于提高胃Dieulafoy病的诊断。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the role of gastrointestinal endoscopy played in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric Dieulafoy disease which causes gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: We analyzed and summarised the clinical datas of 15 cases of Dieulafoy disease which the shandong provincial hospital received recent 3 years retrospectively. Results: 13 cases of endoscopic treatment had no recurrence (follow-up about 12 months to 36 months); one case of endoscopic treatment recurred for one time, second endoscopic treatment for hemostasis successed (follow-up about 18 months) and one case turned to surgery after prudently discussion of patient families. Conclusion: Emergency endoscopic treatment is the first choice when we deal with the gastrointestinal bleeding caused by gastric Dieulafoy disease and careful and cautious endoscopic operations do a favor to improve the diagnosis of gastric Dieulafoy disease. |
