| 摘要 目的：探讨来曲唑片联合放疗对耐药性子宫内膜癌患者血清VEGF、IL-6及肿瘤标志物水平的影响及临床疗效。方法：选取前来我院就诊的已产生耐药性的术后子宫内膜癌患者68例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组34例。对照组在术后联合放射疗法进行治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上采用芙瑞来曲唑片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清VEGF、IL-6、CA125、HE4水平及ROMA指数的变化，两组患者临床疗效及生存率。结果：对照组总有效率及八年后生存率均显著低于治疗组(P＜0.05)。治疗后，两组患者血清VEGF、IL-6、CA125、HE4水平及ROMA指数均较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.05)；与对照组比较，治疗组患者血清VEGF、IL-6、CA125、HE4水平及ROMA指数较低(P＜0.05)。结论：来曲唑片联合放疗对耐药性子宫内膜癌术后患者的治疗效果良好，可能与其降低患者血清VEGF、IL-6、CA125及HE4水平有关。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of of Letrozol tablets combined with radiotherapy on the serum VEGF, IL-6 and tumor marker of resistant endometrial cancer patients. Methods: 68 resistant endometrial cancer patients from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated by combined postoperative radiation therapy , while the experiment group was treated on the base of control group with Winfrey Letrozol Tablets. Both groups were treated for 14 days which was 1 courses of treatment, a total of 4 courses of treatment. The changes of serum VEGF, IL-6, CA125, HE4 levels, ROMA index, clinical efficacy and eight-year survival rate were compared after treatment between two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate and eight-year survival rate in the control group were lower than those in the experiment group(P＜0.05). Compared with before treatment, the serum VEGF, IL-6, CA125, HE4 levels and ROMA score decreased(P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum VEGF, IL-6, CA125, HE4 levels and ROMA score were lower(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Letrozole tablets combined with radiotherapy had good effect on patients with drug resistance in endometrial carcinoma, which might be related to the decrease of serum levels of VEGF, IL-6 and tumor marks of CA125 and HE4. |
