| 摘要 目的：研究雷公藤多苷联合孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症卵巢功能及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、脂联素APN水平的影响。方法：选取2014年7月至2015年7月我院接诊的子宫内膜异位症患者80例并随机分为两组。对照组采用孕三烯酮进行治疗，观察组采用雷公藤多苷联合孕三烯酮进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF、APN、E2、FSH水平、TDS评分的变化并评价治疗疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF、E2、FSH水平及TDS评分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，血清APN水平及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：雷公藤多苷联合孕三烯酮能够有效改善子宫内膜异位症患者的卵巢功能，可能与其调节血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、VEGF和APN水平有关。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the effect of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides combined with gestrinone on the ovarian function and serum Interleukin -6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α), hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), adipose tissue(APN) levels of patients with endometriosis. Methods: 80 cases of patients with endometriosis from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with gestrinone, while the ob- servation group was treated with the tripterygium wilfordii glycosides combined with gestrinone. Then the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP, VEGF, APN, E2, FSH level and TDS were observed before and after treatment between two groups and the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results: After treatment, the serum IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP, VEGF, E2, FSH levels and TDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05); the serum APN level and total effective rate were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides combined with gestrinone could effectively im- prove the ovarian function and the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP, VEGF and APN in patients with endometriosis. |
