| 目的：探讨针灸结合康复训练对脑卒中患者恢复阶段的疗效。方法：选取了240 例脑卒中患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，对
照组(108 例) 给予针灸疗法，观察组(132 例) 给予针灸结合康复训练疗法。通过观察并记录治疗后3 个月的疗效，治疗前，治疗后
3 个月的NIHSS 评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、SF-36 量表评分，评价针灸结合康复训练对脑卒中患者恢复阶段的疗效。结果：经治疗，观
察组患者有效率93.9 %，对照组患者有效率81.5 %，观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗前，两组NIHSS 和Fugl-Meyer
评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)，治疗后3 个月，两组NIHSS 评分均明显下降且观察组下降较多，Fugl-Meyer 评分明显升高且观察组
升高较多(P<0.05)，治疗前，两组SF-36 各项评分无统计学差异，治疗后3 个月，两组SF-36 评分均明显增加(P<0.05)。观察组在活
力、情感职能和精神健康3 项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，其余5 项评分相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：采用针灸结合康复
训练对脑卒中患者的恢复具有促进作用，能有效改善患者神经功能缺损和运动功能情况，提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective:To discuss the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the recovery of stroke
patients.Methods:240 patients with stroke were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group (108 cases) was given
acupuncture only. The observation group (132 cases) was given acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The efficacy of
acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on recovery of stroke patients was evaluated by efficacy after 3 months treatment,
NIHSS scores, Fugl-Meyer scores and SF-36 scores before treatment and after 3 months treatment.Results:After treatment, the effective
rate was 93.9%in the observation group and 81.5%in the control group, and the effective rate of observation group was higher than that
of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistical significance on NIHSS and Fugl-Meyer scores between two
groups (P>0.05). After 3 months treatment, the NIHSS scores were decreased in two groups (P<0.05) and the NIHSS scores was lower in
the observation group (P<0.05). After 3 months treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores were increased in two groups (P<0.05) and the
Fugl-Meyer scores was higher in the observation group (P<0.05). There were no statistical significance on SF-36 scores between two
groups (P>0.05). After 3 months, the SF-36 were increased in two groups (P<0.05). The scores of vitality, emotional function, mental
health of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The other 5 scores were not statistically significant (P>0.
05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of stroke patients, improve the
neurological deficits and motor function and quality of life, worthy of clinical application. |
