| 目的：研究血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白介素-35(IL-35)和肌钙蛋白（cTnI）对病毒性心肌炎
的诊断意义。方法：研究对象为我院2012 年1 月至2015 年1 月间接受诊治的病毒性心肌炎病人63 例，作为实验组；选取我院同
时期健康体检人60 例为对照组。对照两组血清CK-MB、hs-CRP、IL-35及cTnI的检测水平。结果：实验组CK-MB、hs-CRP及cTnI
阳性率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的血清CK-MB、hs-CRP、IL-35 及cTnI 的检测结果均明显高于对
照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；cTnI敏感度及特异度均是最高的，hs-CRP特异度高于CK-MB，但敏感度较低。结论：病毒性心
肌炎患者血清CK-MB、hs-CRP、IL-35及cTnI可作为诊断的重要指标。 |

| Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of serum creatine kinase (CK-MB),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein
(hs-CRP), interleukin-35 (IL-35) and troponin I (cTnI) in viral myocarditis.Methods:The research subjects were 63 cases of patients with
viral myocarditis who diagnosed and accepted treatment in our hospital between January 2012 to January 2015, as the experimental
group; while 60 cases of healthy people in our hospital as the same period as a control group. Compared the levels of serum CK-MB,
hs-CRP, IL-35, and cTnI in two groups.Results:The positive rates of CK-MB, hs-CRP, cTnI in experimental group were significantly
higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); The levels of serum CK-MB, hs-CRP, L-35 and cTnI test
results were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The sensitivity and
specificity of cTnI were highest, and the specificity of hs-CRP was higher than CK-MB, but the sensitivity was lower.Conclusion:Serum
hs-CRP, CK-MB, cTnI and IL-35 can be used as an important indicator of the diagnosis of viral myocarditis. |
