摘要:ASPH是哺乳动物胚胎期即存在于细胞内的一种高度保守的脱氧酶。近些年被发现在大多数正常组织中相对低表达或不表达,而在胎盘滋养层细胞和肾上腺细胞中高表达。并且ASPH在多种恶性肿瘤组织中过表达,其催化结构域可羟化某些蛋白质EGF-样结构域中天冬氨酸或天冬酰胺残基,从而介导细胞运动和分化,参与并调节了恶性肿瘤细胞的侵袭及转移,并在免疫调节中可介导抗肿瘤免疫反应。本文简要综述了近些年在肿瘤及其他领域中对ASPH的研究进展。 |

ABSTRACT: ASPH is a highly conserved deoxidizing enzyme of mammalian embryonic period is found in cells. In recent years, it is found in most normal tissues relatively low expression or no expression and high expression in placental trophoblast cells and adrenal cells.And ASPH is over expressed in a variety of malignant tumors, the catalytic domain can be hydroxylated EGF- like domain of certain proteins of aspartic acid or asparagine residues, which mediates cell movement and differentiation, and participate in the regulation of in- vasion and metastasis of malignant tumor cells, and can induce antitumor immune response in immune regulation. Progress in recent years in the field of cancer and other ASPH research paper briefly reviewed. |
