| 摘要 目的：研究子宫内膜癌组织中生长分化因子15（GDF-15）和磷酸化哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白（p-mTOR）的表达，并分析其临床意义，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：选取2011年1月到2016年2月我院子宫内膜癌组织75例为研究组，另选取同期正常子宫内膜组织75例为对照组，应用免疫组化法检测GDF-15和p-mTOR蛋白的表达。结果：研究组GDF-15和p-mTOR蛋白的表达阳性率显著高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；子宫内膜癌分期III-IV期、淋巴结转移者、病理分级G2+G3、肌层浸润深度≥1/2的GDF-15和p-mTOR蛋白的表达阳性率均较高（P＜0.05）；子宫内膜癌组织GDF-15与p-mTOR蛋白表达呈正相关关系（P＜0.05）。结论：子宫内膜癌组织中GDF-15与p-mTOR蛋白表达升高，且与肿瘤转移、临床分期、肌层浸润深度有关。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the expression of growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15)and phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin(p-mTOR)in endometrial carcinoma, and analysis of its clinical significance, and analysis of its clinical significance, to pro- vide basis for clinical treatment. Methods: 75 cases of endometrial carcinoma from January 2011 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study group,another 75 cases of normal endometrial tissue were selected as control group, the expression of GDF-15 and p-mTOR protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression positive rate of GDF-15 and p-mTOR protein in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); GDF-15 and p-mTOR protein expression positive rate of endometrial cancer stage III-IV, lymph node metastasis, Pathological grading G2+G3, muscu- lar layer infiltration depth≥ 1 / 2 were higher(P<0.05); positive correlation between GDF-15 and p-mTOR protein in endometrial carci- noma tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion: Increased expression of GDF-15 and p-mTOR protein in endometrial carcinoma,and the tumor metas- tasis, clinical stage, the depth of the depth of the muscle invasion. |
