| 摘要 目的：探究玻璃酸钠关节腔内填充对踝关节创伤性关节炎患者TNF-α及功能恢复的影响。方法：收集2014年3月到2016年3月来我院就诊的踝关节创伤性关节炎患者96例，随机分为对照组与试验组，各48例。对照组采用基础中医推拿按摩疗法配合常规功能训练，试验组实施玻璃酸钠关节腔内充填治疗。治疗5周后，比较两组患者血清炎性因子TNF-α水平的改变、功能恢复情况及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗结束后，两组ROM评分均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），血清炎性因子TNF-α水平较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，试验组实施玻璃酸钠关节腔内充填治疗ROM评分较高（P＜0.05），血清炎性因子TNF-α水平较低（P＜0.05）；试验组不良反应率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：玻璃酸钠关节腔内填充对踝关节创伤性关节炎患者踝关节功能恢复效果较好，能够降低患者血清炎性因子TNF-α水平，改善关节功能。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate joint cavity filling on the serum levels of TNF-α in patients with traumatic arthritis of the ankle joint. Methods: 96 patients with traumatic arthritis of the ankle joint in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 48 cases in each group. The pa- tients in control group were treated with basic Chinese medicine massage therapy with conventional functional training, while the patients in experiment group were treated with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity filling. After 5 weeks of treatment, the TNF-α, functional recov- ery and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results: Compared with before treatment, the ROM score was higher（P＜0.05）, and the serum TNF-α level was lower（P＜0.05）. Compared with the control group, the ROM score was higher（P＜0.05）, and the serum TNF-α level was lower（P＜0.05）, and the adverse reaction rate was lower in the experiment group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Sodium hyaluronate intra-articular filling has a good effect on functional recovery of ankle joint in patients with traumatic arthritis of an- kle joint, which can improve ROM score and decrease serum inflammatory factor TNF-α levels. |
