| 目的：探讨血清唾液酸（SA）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与高血压前期的关系及临床意义。方法：将160 例2012年10月至
2014 年9 月于我院进行体检者分为正常血压组、高血压前期组和高血压组，分别测量所有研究对象的血压、身高和体重，检测所
有对象同一天的血清SA、hs-CRP、血清总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、三酰甘油（TG）和空腹血糖
（FPG）水平，采用多元线性回归方法探究血清SA 和hs-CRP 水平对收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）的影响。结果：三组间的DBP、
SBP、BMI、SA、hs-CRP、TC、LDL、HDL和FBG水平差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）,其中BMI、SA和hs-CRP 水平随着血压升高
逐渐上升，而HDL 水平逐渐下降（P<0.05）；TC 和LDL 水平仅高血压组高于正常血压组，高血压前期组与正常血压组的TC 和
LDL 水平差异无统计学意义（P<0.05）；多元线性回归发现：BMI、SA、hs-CRP 和FBG 均与SBP 成正相关，BMI、SA、hs-CRP 和
LDL均与DBP 呈正相关。结论：血清SA与hs-CRP 水平均与血压值呈现独立正相关，可作为高血压前期的评估指标。 |

| Objective:To explore the relationship between Serum Sialic Acid, High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and prehypertension.Methods:160 residents who received physical examination in our hospital from October 2012 to September 2014 were divided
into three groups, normal group, prehypertension group and hypertension group. The blood pressure, height, weight, levels of Serum SA,
hs-CRP, total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), triacylglycerol(TG) and fasting blood-glucose(
FPG)were measured and detected. Multiple Linear Regression was conducted to analyze the influence of SA and hs-CRP to the systolic
blood pressure (SBP)and diastolic blood pressure (DBP).Results:The levels of DBP, SBP, BMI, SA, hs-CRP, TC, LDL, HDL and
FBG among these three groups had statistical differences (P<0.05). As the blood pressure rose, so did the levels of BMI, SA and hs-CRP,
while HDL decreased. As to the level of TC and LDL, hypertension group were all higher than normal group, while it has no statistical
differences between prehypertension group and hypertension group. The result of Multiple Linear Regression showed positive relationship
between BMI, SA, hs-CRP, FBG and SBP, so was BMI, SA, hs-CRP, LDL and DBP.Conclusion:The levels of serum SA,hs-CRP
showed a positive relationship with blood pressure independently which could be the assessment criteria of prehypertension. |
