| Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of low dose and low contrast medium in the 320 row dynamic volume CT
Coronary Angiography (CCTA) compared with Conventional coronary angiography (DSA).Methods:30 patients who have completed
the CCTA scans from May 2014 to August 2015 as double low group. According to patients' body weight index of the double low group
to take appropriate tube voltage（BMI≤ 25 kg/m2: 80 kv, 25 kg/m228 kg/m2: 120 kv）. The concentration
of the contrast agent: 320 mgI/mL, Injection of contrast medium: 0.6 mL/kg, and meanwhile who completed DSA before and after the
CCTA in the two weeks as Control group, Additionally, other 30 patients who performed conventional CCTA as group conventional,
Tube voltage:120 kv, The concentration of the contrast agent: 370 mgI/mL, Injection of contrast medium: 65 mL.Results:Compared
with DSA, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value was 91%, 91%, 90%, 92% of CCTA in the
diagnosis of coronary stenosis, respectively. There was no statistical differences between DSA and CCTA. The effective radiation dose
was reduced about 62 percent of CCTA in comparation with conventional CCTA.Conclusion:The quality of image diagnosis in CCTA
is much the same to DSA, and the effective radiation dose was released significantly. |
