(P<0.05);维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌中Smad7 的阳性表达率(87.1%)显著高于汉族(66%)(P<0.05)。维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌患者中

Objective:To analyze the correlation and expression of Smad7 gene and Ki-67 gene in cervical squamous cell carcinoma
of Xinjiang Uygur women.Methods:SP method was used to detect the expression of Smad7 and Ki-67 protein in 88 cases of cervicitis
tissues (42 cases fromthe Han nationality, 46 cases fromthe Uygur) and 120 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (50 cases from
the Han nationality, 70 cases from the Uygur).Results:The rate of positive expression of Smad7 and Ki-67 protein in cervical squamous
cell carcinoma (respectively 78.3%and 76.7%) was significantly higher than in cervicitis tissues (respectively 15.9%and 23.9%), and the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover, the rate of positive expression of Smad7 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma
was significantly higher in Uighur women (87.1%) than in Han nationality (66%) (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of Smad7 and
Ki-67 were positively correlated in Uygur patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma (x2=1.93, r=0.138, P<0.05).Conclusion:In cervical
squamous cell carcinoma tissue, positive expression rate of Smad7 and Ki-67 was significantly higher than that of cervicitis tissues.
The expression of Smad7 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma showed differences in different nationalities. Combined detection
of Smad7 and Ki-67 proteins may indirectly improve the accuracy and precision in diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma for
Xinjiang Uygur women. |
