| 目的：探讨二甲双胍联合西格列汀对2 型糖尿病患者氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：收集我院就诊或住院治疗的80
例2 型糖尿病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组40 例。两组患者入院后均给予相应的治疗措施，对照组患者给予二甲双胍
250 mg/次，2 次/d；实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予西格列汀100 mg/次，1 次/d，治疗均连续8 周。治疗结束后对患者血清丙
二醛（MDA）、8 异前列腺素F2alpha（8-iso-PGF2alpha）、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）以及患者临床
治疗效果进行检测并比较。结果：与治疗前相比，治疗后两组患者MDA、8-iso-PGF2alpha、FBG、FINS 以及HOMA-IR 水平均下降
（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，实验组患者MDA、8-iso-PGF2alpha、FBG、FINS 以及HOMA-IR 水平较低（P<0.05），临床治疗总有效率较高
（P<0.05）。结论：二甲双胍联合西格列汀能够降低2 型糖尿病患者血糖水平，降低MDA、8-iso-PGF2alpha水平，减轻氧化应激反应，降
低胰岛素抵抗，临床疗效较好。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of metformin combined with pioglitazone on the oxidative stress and insulin resistance
in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into
experiment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. After admission, the patients in the two groups were given corresponding
treatment measures, while the control group was treated with metformin 250 mg/time, twice daily, and the patients in the experimental
group were given sitagliptin 100 mg / time, once a day on the basis of the control group, respectively for 8 weeks. After the end of the
treatment, the serum level of malondialdehyde (MDA), 8 ISO prostaglandin F2 alpha (8-iso-pgf2alpha), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting
insulin (FINS), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and the clinical efficacy were detected and compared.Results:Compared with before
treatment, the MDA, 8-iso-pgf2alpha, FBG, fins and HOMA-IR levels were decreased after treatment in the two groups of patients(P<0.
05); compared with the control group, the MDA, 8-iso-pgf2alpha, FBG, fins and HOMA-IR levels were lower (P<0.05), the total effective
rate was higher (P<0.05) in the experimental group.Conclusion:The combination of metformin and pioglitazone has good clinical effect
in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, it can reduce the blood glucose and MDA and 8-iso-PGF2 level, alleviate oxidative stress and insulin
resistance. |
