| 目的：探讨年轻乳腺癌患者的病理特点，为其临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法：选取2012 年~2015 年经病理组织学确诊
的≤ 35 岁年轻乳腺癌患者86 例以及>35 岁的中老年乳腺癌患者313 例作为研究对象，对其临床病理资料进行对比分析。结果：
年轻乳腺癌组患者就诊时分期较晚者（III 期）比例、腋窝淋巴结转移率及人类表皮生长因子受体2（HER-2）阳性率明显高于老年
乳腺癌患者，而年轻乳腺癌患者雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）阳性率明显低于老年乳腺癌患者(P<0.05)。结论：与中老年乳
腺癌患者相比，年轻乳腺癌进展更快且侵袭性、转移能力更强，内分泌治疗的效果差，预后也较差。 |

| Objective:To investigate the pathological characteristics of young breast cancer patients and provide more references
for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Methods:86 cases of patients with breast cancer who were no more than 35
years old and given histologic diagnosis from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital were chosen, while 313 senile patients with breast cancer who
were more than 35 years old were chosen, the clinical pathological material were analyzed.Results:Compared with senile breast cancer
group, the percentage of patients at the late (grade III) stage, with axillary lymph node metastasis, and human epidermal growth factor
receptor 2(HER-2) positive rate of young breast cancer patients were higher(P<0.05). The estrogen receptor(ER), progestrone receptor
(PR) positive rates of young breast cancer patients were lower,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with senile breast cancer, young breast
cancer developed faster and had stronger invasion and metastasis as well as poor prognosis. |
