| 目的：研究血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）与降钙素原（PCT）在儿童血液细菌感染诊断中的价值，为临床诊疗提供依据。方法：选取
2012 年1月到2016 年1 月我院收治的血液细菌感染患儿84 例为研究组，另选取同期健康体检儿童106 例为对照组。检测两组
儿童血清CRP和PCT 水平，并观察血清CRP 和PCT 的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、灵敏度和特异度。结果：研究组血清CRP、PCT
水平和阳性率均显著高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；血清PCT 诊断的特异度、灵敏度、阴性预测值和阳性预测
值分别为84.91%、92.86%、93.75%、82.98%，均分别显著高于血清CRP 的67.92%、50.00%、63.16%、55.26%，比较差异均具有统计
学意义（P<0.05）。结论：血清CRP 和PCT 对儿童血液细菌感染均具有一定诊断价值，但是血清PCT 的诊断效能更高。 |

| Objective:To study the value of serum C-reactive protein (CRP)and procalcitonin (PCT) in the diagnosis of blood
bacterial infection in children, so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:84 cases of children with blood
bacterial infection in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected as the study group, and selected another 106 cases of
healthy children as the control group in the same period. The levels of serum CRP and PCT were detected in two groups, which the
positive predictive value, negative predictive value,sensitivity and specificity were observed.Results:The levels of serum CRP, PCT and
the positive rates of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant
(P<0.05); The specificity, sensitivity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of serum PCT were 84.91%, 92.86% ,
93.75%, 82.98% respectively, which was significantly higher than 67.92%, 50.00%, 63.16%, 55.26% respectively of serum CRP, the
differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both serum CRP and PCT have certain diagnostic value fo blood bacterial
infection in children, but the diagnostic efficiency of serum PCT is higher. |
