| 目的：调查海军飞行员血脂异常的现状，探讨血脂异常类型分布及其特点。方法：对随机抽取的海军飞行员查体资料进行分
析，获取飞行员年龄、身高、体重、飞行机种、吸烟、饮酒情况及血脂水平，进行统计学处理。结果：海军飞行员血脂异常者46.0%
（184/400），其中HDL-C 异常者19.0%（76/400），TG 异常者16.0%（64/400），TC 异常者16.0%（64/400），LDL-C 异常者2%
（8/400）。20-29岁组与40-49 岁组相比，TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C 均有统计学差异（P＜ 0.05）；BMI＜24 组与BMI≥ 24 组相比，TG、
HDL-C 有统计学差别（P＜0.05）；吸烟组与不吸烟组相比，TG、HDL-C 有统计学差别（P＜0.05）；饮酒组与不饮酒组相比，TG、TC
有统计学差别（P＜0.05）。结论：海军飞行员血脂异常问题突出，以HDL-C 降低、TG及TC升高为主要血脂异常类型，年龄、吸烟、
饮酒、超重可能是影响其血脂异常的主要因素。 |

| Objective:To investigate the type distributions and characteristics of dyslipidemia in navy pilots.Methods:Physical
examination data of navy pilots were extracted at random. Many parameters, including age, height, weight, flying type, smoking, drinking
and blood lipid level, et al, were analyzed statistically.Results:The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 46.0%(184/400) in the subjects of
navy pilots. The types distribution of dyslipidemia were showed as following: HDL-C 19.0%(76/400), TG 16.0 (64/400), TC 16.0
(64/400), LDL-C 2%(8/400). The parameters of TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C all have significance of difference (P＜0.05) between age
groups of 20-29 and 40-49. The parameters of TG and HDL-C both have significance of difference (P＜0.05) between groups of BMI＜
24 and BMI≥ 24. Compared with the groups of smoking or not , the parameters of TG and HDL-C both have significance of difference
(P＜0.05). Compared with the groups of drinking or not , the parameters of TG and TC both have significance of difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The problem of dyspilidemia was found in navy pilots. The main types of dyspilidemia are the following: HDL-C reducing,
TG and TC raising. The main factors include age, smoking, drinking and weight. |
