目的：研究氧化锆全瓷和金属烤瓷冠修复对牙冠延长术后牙周状况的影响，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：选取2014 年12 月到2015 年2 月我院收治牙冠延长术联合牙冠修复治疗患者210 例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组105 例，研究组应用氧化锆全瓷，对照组应用金属烤瓷，比较两组牙周情况、佩戴修复体时间和康复时间。结果：研究组正常者比例为 83.81%（88/105）显著高于对照组的65.71%（69/105），轻度病损者比例为8.57%（9/105）显著低于对照的21.90%（23/105），比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组术后佩戴修复体时间和康复时间均显著短于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：应用氧化锆全瓷修复能改善牙冠延长术后患者牙周情况，缩短佩戴修复体时间和康复时间。

英文摘要:

Objective:To study the effect of zirconia ceramic and metal ceramic crowns on the periodontal status of the crown lengthening, to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:210 patients with crown lengthening combined crown restoration treatment in our hospital from December 2014 to February 2015 were selected, the patients were divided into study group and control group according to the randomnumber table method, 105 case in each group, the study group were given zirconia All-cerami, the control group were given metal ceramic, the periodontal conditions, wear repair body time and rehabilitation time of two groups were compared.Results:The proportion of normal subjects in the study group was 83.81%(88/105) was significantly higher than that of 65.71%（69/105） in the control group, the proportion of mild lesions was 8.57% (9/105) was significantly lower than the control 21.90% (23/105), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the wear repair body time and recovery time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Application of zirconia ceramic restoration can improve the patients with periodontal condition after crown lengthening, shorten the wear repair time and recovery time.
