| 目的：探讨激素替代疗法联合六味地黄丸对女性更年期综合征患者血清雌二醇、催乳素及临床疗效影响。方法：选取2014 年
6 月～2015 年12 月我院诊治的女性更年期综合征患者120 例为研究对象，根据随机数字对照表分为对照组(60 例)与试验组(60
例)。对照组给予口服六味地黄丸治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合倍美力治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血清雌二醇、催乳素水平的
变化。结果：两组患者潮热出汗、感觉异常、失眠、焦躁、忧郁、肌肉痛及关节痛症状评分及总评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)，试
验组上述症状及总评分较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05)；对照组血清雌二醇水平较治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)，试验组血清雌二
醇水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)，两组血清催乳素水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，且试验组血清催乳素水平明显较对照组低
(P<0.05)。结论：激素替代疗法联合六味地黄丸可显著提高女性更年期综合征患者的临床疗效，升高血清雌二醇水平同时降低催
乳素水平。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effects of hormone replacement therapy combined with liuwei dihuang pills on serum
levels of estradiol, prolactin and clinical efficacy in patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods:120 patients with menopausal
syndrome from June 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experiment group and control
group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with liuwei dihuang pills, while the patients in the
experiment group were treated with premarin. Then the clinical efficacy and the serum levels of estradiol and prolactin in the two groups
were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:The hot flashes sweating, abnormal sensation, insomnia, anxiety,
depression, muscle pain and joint pain symptoms scores in the two groups significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and the
experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the experiment group was better
than that of the control group (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference about the estradiol of the control group before and
after the treatment (P>0.05); The serumlevel of estradiol in the experiment group was higher than before (P<0.05); The serum levels of
prolactin in the two groups were lower than before (P<0.05), and the experiment group was significant lower than that of the control
group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormone replacement therapy combine with liuwei dihuang pills in the treatment of patients with
menopausal syndrome has obvious clinical efficacy, which can increase the serum levels of estradiol and decrease the prolactin, and it is
worthy of clinical application. |
