目的:分析白介素-1β(IL-1β)及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在高血压脑出血患者血清中的表达及其水平变化与脑水肿程
度的关系。方法:选择2013 年8月-2015 年8 月在我院确诊为高血压脑出血的患者77 例作为研究对象。根据脑水肿体积大小,将
所选研究对象分为轻度脑水肿组(28 例),中度脑水肿组(27 例)和重度脑水肿组(22 例)。另选择同期在我院接受体检的25 位健康
志愿者作为对照组。采用免疫酶联法测定三组患者不同时间点血清IL-1β及BDNF水平,并分析IL-1β及BDNF的动态表达与脑
水肿体积的相关性。结果:高血压脑出血患者血清中IL-1β水平高于对照组,而BDNF水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义
(P<0.05);相同脑水肿体积,脑水肿时间越长的患者其血清IL-1β水平越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相同检测时间,脑水肿
越严重的患者其血清IL-1β水平越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相同脑水肿体积,脑水肿时间越长的患者其血清BDNF水
平越低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相同检测时间,脑水肿越严重的患者其血清BDNF水平越低,在48 h达到最低,然后逐渐
升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清IL-1β水平与脑水肿体积呈正相关关系(r=0.656,P<0.05);而血清BDNF水平与脑水肿
体积呈负相关关系(r=-0.675,P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者脑水肿严重程度与血清IL-1β及BDNF 水平密切相关。因此,临床
可以通过检查血清IL-1β及BDNF 水平对脑水肿严重程度进行判断。 |

Objective:To explore the expressions of IL-1βand BDNF in serum of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
and the relationship between the changes of IL-1βand BDNF serumlevels and the degree of cerebral edema.Methods:77 cases of
patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2013 to 2015 were selected, and according to the volume of
cerebral edema, the patientswere divided into the slight cerebral edema group (28 cases), the moderate cerebral edema group (27 cases) and
the severe cerebral edema group (22 cases). And another 25 healthy volunteers who received the medical examination in our hospital
were selected as the control group. Then the serum levels of BDNF and IL-1茁in four groups were measured by ELISA, and the correlation
between the dynamic expression of BDNF and IL-1βand the volume of brain edema was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control
group, the the level of serum IL-1βin patients with cerebral edema was higher, and the BDNF level was lower, and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05); The higher the level of serum IL-1βin patients with cerebral edema, and the difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05); At the same time, the higher the serum IL-1βbeta level in patients with cerebral edema, the highest in 48 h,
and then decreased (P<0.05); The lower serum BDNF levels were significantly different in patients with cerebral edema, and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05); At the same time, the serum level of BDNF in patients with cerebral edema was lower (P<0.
05); Serum IL-1茁levels were positively correlated with cerebral edema volume (r=0.656, P<0.05), while serum BDNF levels were negatively
correlated with cerebral edema volume (P<0.05, r=-0.675).Conclusion:The severity of cerebral edema in patients with hypertensive
cerebral hemorrhage is closely related to serum levels of IL-1β and BDNF. Therefore, the clinical examination of serum levels of
IL-1 and BDNF can be performed to determine the severity of cerebral edema. |
