| 目的：探讨贝那普利联合肾炎四味片对慢性肾小球肾炎患者临床疗效的影响及其作用机制。方法：收集我院收治的慢性肾
小球肾炎患者120 例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60 例。对照组给予肾炎四味片治疗；观察组在对照组的基础上给予贝那
普利片。治疗结束后，比较两组患者白细胞诱素1(Lkn-1)、尿酸、TNF-α、收缩压、舒张压、24 小时蛋白尿水平的变化及临床总有效
率。结果：与治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后Lkn-1、尿酸、TNF-α、收缩压、24 小时蛋白尿水平均显著降低(P<0.05)；与对照组比较，观
察组患者Lkn-1、尿酸、TNF-α、收缩压、24 小时蛋白尿水平较低(P<0.05)，临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论：贝那普利联合肾炎四
味片可有效治疗慢性肾小球肾炎，推测其机制与降低Lkn-1、尿酸、TNF-α、收缩压、24 小时蛋白尿水平有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of benner Pury combined with four kinds of nephritis on the serum levels of Lkn-1
and uric acid and the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis
from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 60 cases in each group. The
patients in the control group were treated with four kinds of nephritis, while the patients in the experiment group were treated with Benazepril
hydrochloride. Then the serumlevels of Lkn-1, uric acid and TNF-α, and the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, 24
hour proteinuria and clinical total effective rate were observed and compared.Results:Compared with before treatment, the serumlevels of
Lkn-1, uric acid and TNF- α, and the systolic blood pressure and 24 hour proteinuria were lower in the two groups after the treatment
(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serumlevels of Lkn-1, uric acid and TNF- α, and the systolic blood pressure and 24 hour
proteinuria were lower in the experiment group (P<0.05), and the clinical total effective rate was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Benner
Pury combined with four kinds of tablets can be effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, it is speculated that the mechanismis
related to the decrease of Lkn-1, uric acid, TNF-α, systolic blood pressure and 24 hour proteinuria. |
