| 目的：探讨综合治疗法对不同程度、不同年龄、不同类型的弱视患儿的临床疗效。方法：选取2012 年1 月~2014 年1 月在我
院接受治疗的弱视患儿393 例（671 眼），根据弱视程度分为轻度组（299 眼）、中度组（293 眼）和重度组（79 眼），3 组患者均采用遮
盖、精细目力训练、仪器训练及压抑疗法进行治疗，均治疗6~12 个月，比较不同程度、不同年龄、不同类型的弱视患儿治疗后临床
疗效。结果：治疗后，轻度、中度和重度组患儿的治愈率分别为90.97%、72.35%和17.72%，总有效率分别为100.00%、96.93%和
84.81%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。3~5 岁、6~8 岁和9~11 岁患儿的治愈率分别为77.08%、74.72%和71.03%，总有
效率分别为99.48%、97.36%和93.93%，3~5 岁患儿总有效率显著高于9~11 岁患儿（P<0.05），但三个年龄段患儿治愈率差异不显
著（P>0.05）。屈光不正性弱视患儿、斜视性弱视患儿、屈光参差性弱视患儿的治愈率分别为85.65%、45.75%和61.54%，总有效率
分别为99.34%、90.20%和95.38%，其中，屈光不正性弱视患儿经治疗的总有效率和治愈率均显著高于其他两种类型（P<0.05）。结
论：综合治疗法对弱视患儿的临床疗效与弱视程度、弱视类型和年龄密切相关，结合儿童弱视类型提早治疗是提高预后的关键。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment on children with different degrees of
amblyopia, ages and amblyopia types.Methods:Selected 393 children with amblyopia (671 eyes)treated in our hospital from January
2012 to January 2014, who were divided into mild group(299 eyes), moderate group(293 eyes) and severe group(79 eyes) according to
the degrees of amblyopia, all of the three groups were received the comprehensive treatment of cover, fine eyesight training, instrument
training and penalization therapy. lasting 6~12 months, then compared the clinical effect in children with different degrees of amblyopia,
ages and amblyopia types.Results:After treatment, the cure rates of mild, moderate and severe groups were 90.97%, 72.35% and
17.72%,respectively, and the total effective rates were 100.00%, 96.93% and 84.81%, respectively, the difference between each groups
were statistically significance (P<0.05). The cure rates of 3~5 years old children, 6~8 old children and 9~11 years old children were
77.08%,74.72%and 71.03%, respectively, and the total effective rates were 99.48%, 97.36%and 93.93%, respectively, among which the
total effective rate of 3~5 years old children was significantly higher than that of 9~11 years old children (P<0.05), but the difference of
cure rates among the three age groups was not significant (P>0.05). The cure rates of children with amblyopia types of ametropia,
strabismus, anisometropia 85.65%, 45.75% and 61.54%, respectively, and the total effective rates were 99.34%, 90.20% and 95.38%,
respectively, among which the total effective rates and cure rates of children with amblyopia types of ametropia were significantly higher
than that of children with other two types (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for amblyopia children is
closely related to the degree of amblyopia, amblyopia type and age.Early treatment base on the amblyopia type is the key to improve the
prognosis. |
